With a body made of Duraluminium 5083 and AISI 304 stainless steel for its protective covers, the RADICAL F4XL NAZARET stands out at first sight for its robustness and ergonomic design.

It incorporates 12 cutting blades made of anti-wear HSS carbon steel, which can be adjusted independently, achieving a cutting precision of 0.005mm.

We can also independently regulate the height of its drums, 25cm in diameter and 1 metre long, made of AISI 304 stainless steel and its non-stick surface treatment incorporates reinforcements at the ends to give it that perfectly cylindrical shape that our competitors cannot achieve, also giving robustness and quality of rotation to our drums, which increases their useful life and guarantees perfect operation every time we dismantle them for cleaning.

As for the mechanical elements of motion transmission, it incorporates motors and gearboxes manufactured in Italy and UFL bearings manufactured in Germany, always with the highest quality and leading brands.

Thanks to its removable covers, we have all the elements (motors, regulation systems, belts) hidden, which guarantees us to work in total safety and allows us to clean the machine without the risk of damaging any of them.

It incorporates safety elements such as independent START/STOP SWITCHES (drum + blades), SAFETY SEAT, CURRENT CUT SENSORS in its upper cover to avoid damage to the operators or to the equipment itself.

Our RADICAL F4XL NAZARET also comes with 4 air extraction equipment of 4000 m3/h each, with this we ensure a great suction flow that added to the cutting quality of our blades guarantee us a 1st quality finish, without competition.

ALL OUR MACHINES can work in tandem with another machine (for example 2 RADICAL F4 GABRIELA, or 1 RADICAL F4 GABRIELA + 1 RADICAL F4XL NAZARET) or any of our RADICAL BUCKER models to exponentially increase our hourly production (doubling or tripling it) which gives us figures in kg/h impossible to achieve by the different brands on the market, we also manufacture tailor-made conveyor belts to facilitate the filling of this model as it requires a large volume of flowers to take full advantage of its performance.
